Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tactical components and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
